What we do? PDF Print E-mail

house2.gif Quite simply, we arrange mortgages and re-mortgages. If appropriate we will suggest a secured loan as an alternative where, for one reason or another, a mortgage/re-mortgage is not available.

We are therefore in contact daily with a great variety of people. Young (or sometimes not so young) people starting out on the house purchase ladder and finding the experience a bit traumatic. Established homeowners who are moving property and who wonder whether there is an easier way to progress than the last time they were involved with a mortgage! Others who are either moving home or are looking to see if they can get a better arrangement than they have at the moment, or are seeking to reorganise their finances completely with a re-mortgage arrangement..

We spend a lot of time endeavouring to assist people who may have got themselves in a bit of a tangle finance wise. It's so easily done! Don't you believe those people who tell you that Christians don't (or shouldn't) experience the problems of those 'worldly' people who always seem to find their debts chasing their pay cheque each month!

Credit has become a fact of life these days - it's so easily obtained and can be difficult to control. Many of those who come to us have got themselves in a bit of a mess financially for one reason or another, and it is a privilege to be of service in such cases. Indeed much of our time is spent in counselling and advising Christians regarding their financial concerns, and many say they find it easier to talk to us about financial matters and problems generally rather than others ‘closer to home'

Mortgages for Christians is a website of Inter City Finance Limited. Regulated by the FSA. Registration No. 303602. Consumer Credit Licence No. 007619.

Warning: Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or any other loans secured on it.
